September 1940
Previous President Yoshitsugu Fujii established “Fujii Lens Factory” in Ogumachi, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo JAPAN.
Fujii Lens Factory manufactured a filter for photography and an additional lens and supplied them for military and private uses.
1945
Due to war damage, business was temporarily suspended.
1947
Restarted production of a filter for photography. Sunglasses were produced.
February 1963
Incorporated
February 1964
New factory was built in Akami-cho, Sano-shi, Tochigi prefecture, JAPAN.
April 13, 1965
”COZO FILTERS CORPORATION” was established as a sales company for Fujii Lens Factory.
Export started at the same time.
April 12, 1969
Fujii Lens Factory Co., merged COZO FILTERS CORPORATION.
April 4, 1973
Previous President Yoshitsugu Fujii passed away. Fujio Fujii took up his position as President.
November 1977
A business office opened in Yayoimachi, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo, JAPAN. Capital was added up to 4 million yen.
September 1979
Capital was added up to 8 million yen.
June 1993
A Headquarters building was completed in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo.
April 1995
COZO FILTERS PHILIPPINES CORP. was established.
May 1995
Capital was added up to 10 million yen.
June 2010
Mr. Akira Ishikawa took up his position as President and Representative Director.
