COZO FILTERS CORPORATION has been dedicated to lens filter for cameras and videos for more than 70 years since its establishment. For a round shape glass of thickness of as thin as several millimeters and a diameter of 10 cm or less, a “state as if there were no glass” is required at one time. “Control of invisible wavelength” or a “dynamic visual effect” is required at another time, so that it is a profound world. We are proud of our accumulated technique and continue to pursue a new technique.

Research and development
We are collecting information on a lens filter from all over the world and developing products that satisfy customers’ needs.
Cutting process
In the cutting process, a raw material (a flat glass) is cut into a size matching with each filter diameter.
Polishing process
Just as a raw stone is polished up into a gem, in polishing process, a glass material is turned into glass for a lens filter.
Cleaning process
The cleaning process is to remove an “unnecessary material” on the surface of glass as a lens filter. What is “unnecessary”? It is a surprisingly profound problem.
Coating process
Coating is an important process to evaporate special materials onto the surface of glass to change and control characteristics of glass.
Inspection process
All products are strictly inspected by “human eyes.”
Printing process
The brand, product name, and specification of the customer are printed onto the filter frame.
Assembly process
The lens filter is complete after assembling the product. According to customers’ requests, products are delivered in a product package.
Inspection and measurement
We will perform distortion measurement to develop a high quality product.
